Director of Football Operations

Coach Heck is entering his 11th year coaching football at the high school level.  This is Coach Heck’s third tour with the Eagles. He previously coached Milford’s Freshman Football Team (1996 – 1997) and was a Varsity Linebacker Coach for the Eagles during the 2001 -2002 season.  In-between these stints, Coach Heck was a Varsity Coach in the Mariemont City School District (1997-2001). While at Mariemont, Coach Heck was the Head Freshman Coach, JV Defensive Coordinator, and Varsity Linebacker/Running Backs Coach. During the last few years, Coach Heck has coached Defensive Backs, Linebackers, and Running Backs for the Eagles. He also served as the defensive special teams’ coordinator. This year Coach Heck will be the Varsity Wide Receivers coach.

Coach Heck will also be serving as the Director of Football Operations. In this role, Coach Heck will be assisting Coach Fagan with the running of the business side of the Varsity Eagles Football Program.

Coach Heck is a 1974 graduate of Miami University, where he now serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association. He and his wife Donna reside in our district.
